How long does shipping take?

We'll get your order packed and ready to go within 3 business days. The time it takes to reach you is determined by your location and the shipping method you choose during checkout.

With Express shipping, expect your order between 5-10 business days. We ship using FedEx or DHL.
With Standard shipping, your order may take up to 3 weeks depending on the country.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, click on the "request return" button for the item you want to return in your customer account.

Where do we ship from?

All our products are sourced and ship from the Republic of Korea.

Can I make changes to my order before it ships?

It depends - In most cases we may be able to accommodate changes.

Send us an email at info@hibiscusretail.com with your name and order number and we'll see what we can do to help.

How do I track my order?

You can track the status of your order in your customer account.

Additionally, an email will be sent to you with the tracking number and carrier.

For orders shipped with Standard shipping, we may or may not receive a tracking number depending on which country it is being sent to.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! In addition to shipping within the United States and Canada, we also provide standard and express international shipping.

I got an email saying my order is delayed!

In rare occasions, we or our couriers may experience delays with the shipping and delivery of your order.

We understand the frustration this may cause, and sincerely apologize. When this happens we compensate our customers with a $10-$50 gift card for the inconvenience.

My order arrived damaged

We get that shipping accidents happen, and we are here to support you.

Send us an email at info@hibiscusretail.com with pictures/video of the damaged products, your name, and order number, and we'll see what we can do to make it right.

Please do not open or throw away the damaged item!
